The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service recognize the achievements of sales, business development, customer service, and call/contact center professionals worldwide. The awards are judged each year by several hundred executives around the world. Our sponsors include several of the top suppliers to sales and customer service professionals.
The nominees are from more than 100 categories, and we honor sales and customer service individuals, teams, and departments.
Zalando was fortunate enough to be nominated for the award (2013) in the category of best Customer Service (Retail), and I was fortunate enough to be able to travel to the event in Las Vegas, and on behalf of the team in Germany, pick up the award, which now has a prime position in the middle of our main area for 1st level support in our Berlin office.
